It was all pomp as Ukpor Gardeners Association UK-G celebrated the year 2012 with friends and well wishers. The event took place at the RockView auditorium, an event hall of RockView Hotels, Park Lane, Apapa. Delivering the keynote address, the president of the association, Mr. Ajuluchukwu Ovio Emeka stressed on the vission, aims and objectives of the association after giving a brief history of the organisation.

Good evening to you all!
I consider it a privilege and honour to speak to you this evening as the president of Ukpor Gardeners. In the life of every individual, community or an institution, there always comes such a time when it is appropriate to retreat and take stock of goals that have been achieved, challenges that were encountered, activities that have been carried out and mistakes that have been made, and of course lessons that have been learnt during the pursuit of their aims and objectives.
